Screened Porch Cover + Gas Fireplace + Built-In Cabinets

It was such a pleasure to work with the Sapir family. They are in the stage of life with young children and wanted a space to gather together as a family to enjoy the outdoors. We provided them with a traditional shed screened porch cover. The porch is completely wrapped in hardie trim and features a tongue and groove ceiling.

A gas ventless fireplace was a MUST! We also took it a step further and installed two infratech heaters in order to tolerate the colder months. On the side of the fireplace you will find built-in cabinets for storage with natural stone countertops. On the right is an ice maker and a fully stocked mini fridge.

Screens and storm door were added to keep a bug free environment. Lastly, we installed six can lights, one 72" fan, and of course a T.V.

We are pretty pleased with how this one turned out and hope to work with this family again.
