SEED was created in 2019 by two best friends who have always had a passion and drive to make life better for others. Preston and Eric began their friendship over 25 years ago. They both always had that forward momentum, to create something new and exciting. Throughout their young life, they dreamed of working together to build and create a better tomorrow, a better future. Over the years they both continued to grow and learn more about their passions for customer relations and home improvement / design. They continued to build on that inseparable bond, even while living half a country away from each other. Finally after years of talking and planning the realization of a dream came true, welcome to SEED.

Preston Reed

Founder & Owner

Preston’s background in architecture and construction allows him to bring invaluable experience to the team. His knowledge includes a significant amount of work in the restaurant and interior architecture sector, as well as projects that range from residential to the larger commercial scale.

Allie Stenger

Office Administrator

Allie manages many of our behind the scenes administrative tasks from marketing, social media, scheduling and project estimates. She shows enthusiasm for all things marketing and enjoys helping the business grow.

Eric Stenger

Founder & Owner

Eric Stenger has a passion for working with others and has a high regard for standing behind a good product. Eric brings a valuable skill set to the team and instills morals in which the very foundation of SEED was built

Duriel Porter

Construction Project Manager

Duriel has a love for architecture, fine woodworking, and carpentry. He believes clear communication and attention to the smallest of details can change the trajectory of a clients experience.

Jessica Cervantes

Architectural Designer

Jessica has an eye and passion for creating detailed designs and custom living spaces. She assists our clients by creating project plans, drawings and specifications in order to begin the construction process.

Priscilla Patterson

Construction Project Coordinator

Priscilla's passion for construction began as a little girl. Growing up, she followed her Dad's footprints in learning all aspects of building. Priscilla is the glue that keeps our team together. She keeps us organized, on task, and always ready to improve or create a system.
