Preston Reed

Preston Reed is a co-founder of SEED Development and Design, where he leads with a clear vision: to create residential spaces that are intentional, functional, and deeply personal. After earning his degree and launching his career in Colorado, Preston returned home to Atlanta to build something of his own—rooted in strong design, thoughtful construction, and a commitment to doing things differently.

With a background in architecture and interior design, Preston brings a holistic perspective to every home SEED touches. His early experience managing full-scale projects gave him the tools to confidently guide clients through complex decisions, coordinate teams, and ensure that design ideas translate seamlessly into built reality.

At SEED, Preston plays a hands-on role in both the design and strategic direction of the company. He draws on a wide array of design and visualization tools to bring clarity to complex ideas and ensure each project is executed with precision and intent. Whether leading a full renovation or a ground-up build, Preston approaches each project with clarity, creativity, and a deep respect for the people who will live there.
