A remodel is a meaningful investment, and some homeowners prefer to pay for it over time. SEED Development & Design offers financing through the GreenSky® Program as one way to do that. The financing is provided by program lenders, not by SEED.
How it works
1. Book a site visit. We'll walk your property, talk through your goals, and discuss your budget.
2. Ask about financing. During the visit, we'll show you how to apply through the GreenSky® Program.
3. Review before you decide. The lender reviews your application and makes all credit decisions. Read the loan documents carefully before you accept any offer.
Two ways to finance
Fixed rate: 10.17% APR for 144 months (Plan 2749)
A fixed-rate plan with the same monthly payment for the life of the loan.
Plan 2749. Subject to credit approval. Loan term is 144 months. Fixed 10.17% APR (fixed periodic interest rate of 9.99%). APR assumes an origination fee of $89 for a $10,000 loan; origination fee is added to the minimum payment due on the first payment. Not all loans include an origination fee. Example for $10,000 loan with $89 origination fee: 10.17% APR, fixed periodic interest rate of 9.99%. 1 payment of $208.45 followed by 143 monthly payments of $119.45. No interest if paid in full within 6 months (Plan 2602)
Interest is billed during the 6-month promo period but is waived if the amount financed is paid in full before the promo period expires. Payments are required during the promo period.
Plan 2602. Subject to credit approval. APR Rates range from 17.99%-29.99% (fixed periodic interest rates range from 17.99%-29.99%). Only well-qualified applicants will receive an APR of 17.99%; some applicants may not qualify. Loan amount and rate will vary based on your income and creditworthiness. 6 month promotional period (Promo Period) during which interest is billed but will be waived if the amount financed is paid in full before Promo Period expires. Monthly payments are required during the Promo Period, but making only the required monthly payments will not pay off the amount financed by Promo Period expiration date. Any unpaid balance and amounts owed after Promo Period will be paid over 78 monthly payments. Example for $10,000 loan: 29.99% APR, 84 monthly payments of $285.87.
