A Design-Build Approach

The transformation required both creative vision and technical expertise. Our design-build team collaborated closely with the Johnsons, guiding them through layout changes and structural considerations. 

The work included:

• Installing an engineered beam to safely open up the living space.

• Vaulting the ceiling, bringing airiness and a natural sense of flow.

• Adding a gas fireplace along an exterior wall for both warmth and character.

• Refinishing the floors, tying the space together with a fresh, cohesive look.

The result was more than just an interior remodel—it was a reimagining of how the home could feel and function.
