Back yard retreat. Including new pool deck, screened in lower porch, new patio with porch cover and outdoor kitchen.

The Lundy couple came to us wanting to improve their already beautiful home. They had recently purchased it and were looking to upgrade their basement entertainment area along with the backyard space.

The existing pool gave us a good starting point and allowed us to revamp the space with an entire new pool deck. The stairs leading to the upper backyard gave us a perfect opportunity to introduce a large outdoor kitchen for year around entertaining. We gave a face lift to the basement theater room and introduced a bar and gaming area that leads straight out to the new enclosed under deck patio which opens up to the pool area. This backyard retreat doesn't disappoint.
