Position Overview

​We are seeking a talented and passionate Architectural / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work. This role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure that every project reflects the client’s vision and meets the highest standards of design and quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative design concepts for residential projects

• Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings and specifications

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and preferences

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and timelines

• Conduct site visits and measurements to verify design accuracy

• Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies​

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design

• Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and regulations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
