Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Construction Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in driving the company’s sales and business development efforts by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services. The Construction Sales Associate will work closely with leadership and project teams to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and support the overall growth of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, outreach, and follow-up activities

  • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients

  • Assist in preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and presentations

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software (Hubspot)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction

  • Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company

  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or a related industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Proficiency in Google and CRM software (Hubspot)

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
