Finished Basement

The Loreti family came to us looking to finish their basement with the hopes of creating additional living space for their family of 4. A space they could enjoy with friends and family, a space they could go to watch the game, hit the home gym, even work on crafts.

The basement featured high ceilings which allowed us to integrate a beautiful coffered ceiling that makes this room feel like a main level living room. Anchored on one end by a dark painted TV feature wall helps draw your eyes through the space.

The basement includes a kitchenette with a large center island and custom shaker paneling, perfect for entertaining and large family functions. A dry bar with under counter storage and wine cooler, which was an absolute must. A large living space ideal for movie night with the family. A large full 3 piece bath with beautiful tile, and a guest suite with a matching shaker style built-in window seat. Not to mention a home gym, for convenience in hitting those fitness goals.

Their new basement is a great addition to their already lovely home and we hope they will enjoy it for many years to come.
