Evans Residence

Back deck remodel.

The Evans family have a beautiful backyard but their old deck was in need of some help. The deck boards were pealing and cupping and becoming unsafe. They also had no access to the lower level which was dirt and unusable.

​We first planned to enlarge the deck and poured a large concrete slab with connection to the other basement doors. We then built them a new large deck with a intricate stair case to the now large usable patio below. We installed an under decking system with lights and a fan that they now enjoy with friends and family.
