Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of our construction projects, from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards.

This role involves active collaboration with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee the smooth and successful delivery of each project.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate labor, materials, and resources efficiently

• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Address issues proactively and resolve conflicts as they arise

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications

• Monitor financial performance and report on project status

Qualifications

​

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management

• Proven ability in project coordination and budget management

• Strong understanding of building codes and construction regulations

• Experience with residential construction (preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
