Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

​We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of our construction projects, from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our quality and safety standards. This role involves collaboration with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth and successful project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines

• Coordinate labor, materials, and resources efficiently

• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Address issues proactively and resolve conflicts as they arise

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications

• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular project status reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project coordination

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards

• Experience in residential construction (preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
