
Construction Project Coordinator
Position Overview
​We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects. This role is essential to ensuring that client expectations are met and that every project runs efficiently from start to finish. The company’s reputation and performance rely on the effective execution of the responsibilities within this position. The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers in daily operations, communication, and project administration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in overseeing day-to-day project operations

Support procurement activities, including tracking orders and coordinating deliveries

Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address inquiries

Implement and maintain project procedures and administrative systems

Update internal tracking tools and project documentation to ensure accuracy

Coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth workflows
-
Contribute to project closeout activities, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Google Office Suite and project management software (BuilderTrend preferred)

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
