Design Assistant
The Design Assistant is a unique hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a personal assistant with those of a creative assistant. This position supports a senior executive or creative professional by managing their professional administrative tasks while also contributing creatively to design projects. The Design Assistant ensures seamless organization, efficient project execution, and supports the executive in maintaining a balanced personal and professional life.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Email and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, draft responses, and ensure timely replies.

Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records for easy access.

Task and Project Management: Assist with the management of personal and professional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

Design Support:

Creative Support: Assist in brainstorming and concept development sessions.

Sketching and Illustrations: Create preliminary sketches, illustrations, and design drafts based on the executive’s direction.

Mood Boards and Presentations: Develop mood boards, presentations, and other visual materials to convey design concepts.

Prototyping: Help create prototypes, mock-ups, and samples.

Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using design software.
