Back patio remodel and enclosed porch cover.

This wonderful family was seeking escape from the harsh sun on the back of their home. They had a small patio that was unusable most of the time.

We started by providing them with a design package for the local HOA. After getting approved by both HOA and local building department we began building the patio cover. This style of porch cover was designed and built to match the aesthetics of the existing front porch cover they already had. This patio cover is now the perfect spot to enjoy with friends and family.
